2019 Price for the whole year

if you want to join this club please contact Sophie Cormerais she will calculate your price regarding the period concerned

 

·         One fix session per week: Amadeus 150 euros  / Consultants 300 euros for the year

·         Two fix session per week: Amadeus 200 euros  / Consultants 400 euros  for the year

·         No Full Pass yet as it would break 200 euros max CE subsidy, this will be discussed during a future official CE meeeting

 

If, for any reasons (business or personal), you cannot attend your fixed session, you may participate exceptionally to another one during the week.

 

As usual, please sign teacher attendance sheet, even in case of replacement or free trial.

Body Work/ Body sculpt:

Body Work is the gym lessons with the music which enhances your deep and unused muscles and cardio exercises. The elastics small 1.5 or 1kg weights can be used for this lesson.

It is accessible for all levels from the beginners to advance (monday lesson is more dynamic not adapted to beginners). A perfect way to energize your body!

Stretch:

The stretch keeps you supple, keep young! A must! Work on good posture & suppleness via floor and standing exercises. Deep muscles reinforcement, very good for your body, your back, your balance; release your stress, fight against your toxins hidden in your muscles.

Pilates:

The Pilates method lives since more than one century, but had known an exponential growth after the year 2000. The reasons for the popularity of Pilates lie in its far-reaching, which include but are not limited to improvements in fitness and athletic performance, enhanced appearance, and a heightened sense of well-being.

Develops strength, flexibility, coordination and agility, teaches correct muscle activation, improves balance and proprioception and offers a vehicle for concentration and focus are some of many benefits of Pilates.
